You should contact the issuer to have your name corrected.
You should have a button to download a PDF version to the right of your certificate if you're logged in. If you cannot see the button there, please make sure you're logged in to your account (you have a login button in the upper right corner).
You can reset the password via https://app.diplomasafe.com ("Forgot Password?" to the right of the login button) if you have not already logged in.
